What data we collect

RawStay aims to collect as little as possible. You don't need an account to search and match, and we don't ask for personal details. We process anonymised usage statistics to improve the product.

  • Technical data: device type, language, anonymised actions on the site.
  • If you write to us — the name and e-mail you give in the form, only so we can reply.
  • We don't sell your data and we don't share it with hotels.

Going through to Booking

When you tap a booking button, you land on Booking.com through an affiliate link. Any further data processing is governed by Booking's policy.

This is demonstration text for a design mock-up, not a legal document. In a real product there would be a policy reviewed by lawyers and compliant with GDPR / applicable data-protection law.

What RawStay is

RawStay is an information service that rates hotels by the Reality Index and points you to a partner for booking (Booking.com). We are not a party to any accommodation service agreement.

The Index is an assessment, not a guarantee

The Reality Index is our analytical assessment based on public signals. It helps your decision but does not guarantee your experience. The final choice and the booking are up to the user and Booking.

Acceptable use

  • Don't try to scrape Index data automatically for commercial purposes.
  • Don't pass RawStay material off as your own.

How we use cookies

We use a minimum of cookies — to run the interface and for anonymised analytics. We have no advertising trackers.

You can turn off non-essential cookies in your browser settings — the site's core functions will keep working.
