The staff was fantastic. ANI helped me so much. She was most respectful and full of great ideas. The kitchen staff packed a huge breakfast box full of delicious items.

The views from the room
One room initially allocated ( on second floor ) was very dark with a small window at end of passageway. I was changed to a better room on request but don’t feel that should have been used and certainly not for price…
The bathroom was terrible
Our stay was in two different buildings.
Staff at the front desk are young and not very professional. Having said that, we got a good welcome from Tazo at the front desk upon arrival.
